It is more primitive, so if you like luxury, don't choose it. The location is very good, very close to the Tulum ruins, and you can walk to the exit from the beach.
But it is inconvenient to travel, and it is difficult to get a taxi. We came in the wrong season. Now it is July and there are too many seaweeds. The beach is fishy and smelly.
The hotel is very environmentally friendly. There is no bottled water. The drinking water is in a big bucket. There is only one waiter starting breakfast at 8 o'clock. He is too busy. We arrived at 8 o'clock and ordered the food. It was served at about 9:20, but fortunately it tasted good.

Great location. Value for money. Food expensive (similar to rest of Tulum). Staff unwilling to accede to a request to commence breakfast 15 minutes earlier.

Bungalow directly on the beach, tastefully furnished, very welcoming and clean.
Massimo received us and was really kind, friendly and professional, with advice, suggestions and a welcome cocktail.
Excellent breakfast and also the dishes we tasted for lunch were exquisite! Super ceviche!
Massage with Perla highly recommended!
The only two things that could be improved: the location of the massage and the shower water not always hot.
